IVI - ISB has a wide range of donors from different parts of Spain and Mexico
Request for samples
To request sperm samples:
You must complete the application form using the link on this page. You can select sperm samples from specific donors, by blood group and according to the assisted reproduction technique for which they are intended. - The duly complete form must be e-mailed to pedidosbsi@ivi.es.
- Once the bank receives your order, it checks that it is possible and that the samples are available, confirming receipt of the application while informing of the total cost of the order and providing payment instructions.
- Payment terms: bank transfer confirmed via fax or e-mail.
- As soon as the centre in question justifies payment, dispatch will be organised in the chosen manner and information will be provided of the estimated delivery date.
- Once the ISB has confirmed donor availability, orders are valid for 3 days after their e-mail confirmation. If confirmation of payment is not forthcoming in that time, we may use the requested donor samples for another customer. In other words, we guarantee orders for three working days, during which payment confirmation should be received.
